Rating Systems are national high-performance standards for new and
existing commercial buildings, with others coming for neighborhood
developments and for homes. The LEEDŽ standards examine the performance
of projects in 5 key areas, and consider innovation beyond these areas
as well: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy & atmosphere,
materials & resources and indoor environmental quality. GreenTech

staff, and assists architects, general and trade contractors, and
